Raceco USA 2017 Redesign
Project Description
While the site we initially built for Raceco USA in 2011 was great, it was a lot of work to maintain and as the business grew, certain aspects became less prominent while others more thus necessitating a ground up redesign of the site that focused on the primary functions of the business as well as an easier to use design. We incorporated a “live instagram” feed to the homepage, so whenever someone at the shop makes a post, it goes straight to the homepage!

Project Feature
We incorporated a “Live Instagram” feed to the homepage, so whenever someone at the shop makes a post, it goes straight to the homepage! This is a feature that keeps the homepage “fresh” with whatever is new, guaranteeing that whenever you revisit the site there is something new to look at. It also serves as a tool to drive people to the Instagram account and grow the number of followers.
Project Feature
As with most of the sites we do that are public facing, all of our code is W3C compliant and cross browser compatible. The Raceco site takes advantage of modern Web 2.0 standards including HTML5 to create beautiful full width graphics even on 4K monitors. It also allows us to create visually stunning special effects such as “parallax” and incorporating streaming video from youtube or vimeo!
